Your map data stays in your browser.

Profiles, checked locations, notes, favourites, private pins and filter preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. An exported backup file contains those records; share it only with people you trust.

Accounts and cookies

There are no user accounts. This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or advertising in the future, this page will be updated before it is switched on, and you will be told what is collected.

Hosting

The site is a static website served through Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Deleting your data

Clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes your local profiles and preferences. Export a backup first if you want to keep them.
