About this GTA 6 map

GTA6Maps.wiki is an independent, free interactive map for Grand Theft Auto VI. It focuses on one job: helping you find places in Leonida and Vice City, and remember where you have been.

Where the data comes from

Before the game launches on November 19, 2026, the base map and landmark positions come from the community mapping project at gtadb.org, including the YANIS V17 map. That work reconstructs Leonida from official trailers and screenshots and matches buildings to their real-world South Florida inspirations. It is licensed CC BY 4.0, credited to “gtadb.org and all contributors”. We select named landmarks, sort them into categories and add district information, but we do not claim pre-release positions are final.

Accuracy labels

Every location card shows its status. Community-mapped means the position comes from the community reconstruction. Name not confirmed means the name itself is still a guess. After launch, locations confirmed in the game are labelled as such, and anything that turns out to be wrong is corrected or removed.

Using the map

Search by place name, district, or the real-world address a place is based on. Search also covers hidden categories; picking a result turns its layer on. The arrow beside each category jumps to the next location you have not checked. Open a location to save it as a favourite, add a private note or copy a link to it.

Progress, profiles and backups

Checked locations, favourites, notes and private pins are stored in your browser. No account is needed and nothing is uploaded. Create separate profiles for different playthroughs, and export a backup before clearing browser data or changing devices. Importing a backup adds profiles; it never overwrites existing ones.
